I designed this ATC for a swap held in Buffalo, NY at the end of April. The theme was The Wizard of OZ which my grandson loves. He also loves to stamp and I must say he stamps straighter than I do. My sister (in-law), Judy had bought these stamp sets for my birthday (& Zach). Talk about perfect timing. I decided a step card would give the poppy field alot of dimension. My friend, Mary Ann (Geraldinesmom )supplied the DSP for the poppy field. I stamped and cut out the characters (5 X 40 cards) and used my Copics to color Dorothy and the Scarecrow's shirt. The two glitter half beads symbolize her ruby red slippers. I bent the Tin Man's arm so he could hold the ax up. The Emerald City was cut from green glitter cardstock on my Cricut. I did cheat a little with the rainbow...it's clip art. I couldn't find a rainbow stamp that fit and wasn't happy with my attempt to freehand one. I ended up making 40 of these ATCs for the swap and for some of the NEPA Ggglers who also trade ATCs. I must add that my sister (in-law), Judy helped me finish these up or I'd probably still be working on them!!

This view shows the yellow brick road that I stamped and cut out by hand.

I thought Dorothy's arm looked a little odd and needed something. I cut a basket out on my Circut and stamped it to give it some texture. It hangs perfectly over her arm for a nice finishing touch.
Supplies: Stamps - Graphic 45 The Magic of OZ Cling 1 & 2, Aida Background (for basket); SU Cardstock - Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, Summer Sun, Creamy Caramel, Whisper White, Grey; SU DSP - Unknown; Cricut - Paper Doll Dress Up; Other - Copics, SU Window Puncch, glitter beads, Scor-Pal.
Great ATC! So much detail. And to think that you got all that in a 3 1/2 X 2 1/2 card. And I love the basket. Perfect!
