Trailing Flowers

It’s time for the NEPA Gigglers March birthday get together & we celebrated with Sheila, who is my DSIL & Sally, who is a good friend of ours.  I was inspired by a card on Pinterest but unfortunately I don’t know who to give credit to.  I used a different DSP, sentiment & also added punched leaves & fussy cut flowers from the DSP so they look like they are trailing from the lattice.  I used SU Pretty in Pink for the card (the darker rose color in the photo isn't part of the card) then cut a 5 1/4" X 4" piece of SU Whisper White for the card front.  I punched a 2 ¾ circle in the upper center of the card front.  The latticed is cut from SU Whisper White using the SU Sizzix Bigz Lattice Die.  I mounted the lattice to the back of the card front.  I found a small flower print in a pack of 6 ½ X 4 ½ paper pack from Sizzix Little Sizzles called Watercolors which is mounted behind the lattice.  The leaves were punched & then tucked behind the lattice then I added fussy cut flowers.  Of course I them added the card front to the Pretty in Pink card.  The sentiment was stamped, trimmed then the inverted corners were punched.  I matted it in Green galore using the same corner punch   The finishing touch was a small bow.  This card was very easy to make...give it a try!
